Hey everyone!
We are excited to extend a warm invitation to all editors on the Fandom platform to join us virtually for Fandom’s highly anticipated Community Connect 2024! This year, we’re saying goodbye to Zoom and bringing the event to you in a brand-new online format, making it easier and more convenient for you to participate from wherever you are in the world. Community Connect 2024 theme explores "Gears of Progress"—honoring what makes the platform unique and how we'll continue to evolve and improve it over the next several years.
Join our dynamic duo, Jenny Uchisawa and Thomas “Tots” Totcky, as they guide you through a day filled with engaging content, interactive sessions, and plenty of surprises to keep you entertained. Read on to learn more about what you can expect each day!
Conference Schedule
Virtual Community Connect will be two days full of sessions to learn more about Fandom’s plans for the year. Join us on Monday, April 29, 2024, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST, and Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM PST for an experience packed with panels, presentations, and engaging activities. Can’t attend each session? That’s fine! You can pip in and out for a session at any time! We’ll provide updates and a final recap after Connect.
What to Expect
- Informative Presentations: Get ready to gain valuable insights from Fandom's community, product, and engineering teams as they share updates, upcoming features, and exciting developments on the Fandom platform.
- Panel Discussions: Engage in panel discussions focused on the gaming industry, featuring experts who will delve into the latest trends, maps, and more.
- Prizes: Who doesn’t love prizes? This is your opportunity to win various prizes throughout the event!
- Discord: A full day of presentations and content can be a bit overwhelming. That’s why we’ve scheduled dedicated time for gameplay and updates! Connect with Fandom Staff and hang out with us for Connect after the conference.
